Maktab, is the first ever school from Pakistan to participate in the Canadian Computing Competition (CCC) and Pascal, Cayley and Fermat Mathematics Contests.
Canadian Computing Competition (CCC) is a fun challenge for secondary school students with an interest in programming. It is an opportunity for students to test their ability in designing, understanding and implementing algorithms.
Rimsha Mamoon and Mubeen Irfan Chaudhary from Grade IX and Muneeb Irfan Chaudhary from Grade XI participated in CCC on February 18th , representing Maktab. Our student Muneeb Irfan Chaudhary secured 258th position out of 4000 contestants! This was an exhilarating win for both Maktab and Pakistan, paving a way for many such achievements in the coming years.
The Pascal, Cayley and Fermat Contests are an opportunity for students to have fun and to develop their mathematical problem-solving ability.
Abdullah Shafqat, Fasihur Rehman and Muneeb Irfan Chaudhary from Grade XI represented Maktab in Pascal and Fermat Contests on February 24th.
